What has he done wrong? Les should have been replaced last year, and Alleva got overruled. This board is so confusing sometimes.

I never thought he was the person for the job since his hiring. LSU should be a first tier program (it is, right?), but I'm of the opinion that Alleva is a second tier AD.

People here are clueless and just want everybody fired for every thing possible. Alleva and F King have actually started to win me over this year. With a good hire, I'll be sold.

I agree fully with this. I don't think Alleva is the best man for the job, but he does a lot of positive things that other ADs don't. He doesn't meddle too much in the coach's affairs and he has no problem paying top dollar for assistants.
I am curious what decisions Alleva made that at the time was considered a horrible decision
