With the existence of rev share, could we see conferences or even the NCAA impose fine for acts that warrant suspensions. The USC/USCe shenanigans got me wondering.

I don't think there's an enforcement mechanism without a CBA.

As we move to the pro model for college football, that is a likely step, IMO.

There would likely need to be some sort of player’s union to be able to enforce monetary penalties.

Moscona brought up on his Friday show that NIL payments are made on a game by game basis on some cases
Technically the two players suspended likely won't get a NIL payment for the game they will miss

I would imagine most of these NIL deals will come with a morality clause or something so that if they do something worthy of suspension on the field these companies can suspend payments by saying they are not being portrayed in a positive light or something.
