I want to see Wade look competent this second half and earn that paycheck. We’ve seen his coaching completely disappear in big moments so far this year.

I don’t get it. If Wade hasn’t got these guys playing smarter basketball by this time I don’t know what to say. We are way better athletically than Furman but we’re not playing better basketball.

We are such a weird team. We have 14 turnovers but are winning. We are shooting 54% but only up by 4.
If you told me we would have 14 turnovers at half and be leading, I’d be thrilled. We will not have that many second half, but we have made an emphasis to get in the lane and should continue to do so at will. I think we win by double digits

After seeing Waters ruin that fast break, I really don’t believe he’s the problem. These guys are undisciplined and are not use to playing organized basketball. They are use to being the best player on their team or playing iso ball in AAU. It’s obvious Waters has regressed because he’s trying to show off for the NBA.

Couldn't agree more. No fluidity, no motion, no crisp passing, no back door cuts. Just stagnant.
