I saw a switch flip with Nuss specifically, ball looked good coming off his hands. It was spinning and not just floating to a spot.

Which is what I wish Kelly would do. Let the defense set the tone, or in his own words, put your strength on the field first. If they get a turnover, it gives the offense good field position instead of the typical three-and-out, which happens, and good field position for the other offense. It would also give the defense a chance to get a three-and-out and better field position for the offense on their first drive. I don't get the logic of taking the ball first when your defense is dominating teams.

This is not an impressive offense ... and the reason is that the OL is not very good and perhaps will never be so. If you can remember 2019 then you know what a good offensive line is and can do ... this ain't it.

Moss chipped the DE quite often. That made the O line so much better.
Wish we would do more of that effectively

I agree. It’s not all perfect, but we just need them to be serviceable.
I like Nuss as starter, but we’ve seen him get the yips in a couple of big games so nice to know we have a reliable guy behind him if the offense hits a wall. Even if it’s just a couple drives or a particular down/distance or defensive look.

It is the competition, right?

They certainly looked better after the first drive.
I would have paid money to see the first reporter ask CBK in the postgame what happened to cause that first three and out.
