As of today, probably golf. An LSU golfer, Lindblum, is leading the US Women’s Open.

Because of the great distance away from campus (I live in Toronto) I follow WBB most closely, listening to the game and wait for any video highlight. I check the gymnastics and softball scores and highlights.

When I was a student in the early seventies only entertainment was attending various teams: football, basketball (M&W), baseball, tennis (M&W), and track in that order. Gymnastics and softball weren't around then.

My grown sons still wonder why Dad is still an LSU fan 50 years after graduation.

When I was there, my favorite one to attend was gymnastics. They got pretty big crowds then, but they've gotten even bigger since. It was always a good time.

You need to get your sons down for a couple games and they will understand!

Gymnastics male fans just creep me out. They want to throw out their first names like it's cute but in reality, these young ladies are puberty-delayed, though amazing athletes and students. That sport just screams abuse. Would you want your daughter to experience what these kids work for since they were toddlers? Do you want your 20 year old to be waiting on puberty? These young ladies have a work ethic beyond what any of us would agree to live, but it is just not right.

My daughters like gymnastics and odds are they'll never get to the level of the girls on LSU's team, but they enjoy watching them, so we go.
