My favorite run was the one Warren Morris scored to beat Miami and win the CWS.

i think he even caught it on the one yard line then ran back into the endzone.....who was that against?

He fielded the ball at about the two...and damned near got knocked out of bounds at the spot. Instead, he stumbled back into the endzone and seemed surrounded by Moo State defenders...two jukes...beep...beep...swooooooosh!!!!!!! Oh, MAN!! It was disaster to beauty in a blink of the eye.

That Herb Tyler run reminds me how awesome Alan Faneca was/is.
Good pull blockers on the offensive line are the most amazing thing in football to me. For guys that size to come out of their stance, run around to the other side of the ball, and beat a fast running back to the hole is pretty damn impressive.

Rondell Mealey lit up Notre Dame in the Independence Bowl in 1997. That was sweet after they had beaten us at home earlier in the season.

I don't remember the year, and I think we were playing ole piss. Faulk fumbled in a tied game. OM scored. On the kickoff KF raised his hand as if to say, my bad, please kick it to me. He takes the kickoff, gets to about midfield and has two defenders hanging off of him. Then he hits that last gear and the two OM guys just go flying. He takes it to the house to even the score again. just like that. That was the most determined run I have ever seen, on any level.

Dude was running over people like Hershel used to do. I remember jumping up and down with the rest of the stadium yelling Heisman. I have never before or sence seen a guy run in Tiger Stadium that I really thought could win the Heisman.

wow...Herb Tyler had some awesome runs....i remember him being very athletic, smart and a better passer than he's given credit for....seeing Abram Booty out there with Faulk and Mealey and all them makes me feel old

Any run by Dalton Hilliard vs Florida State in the winner goes to the Orange Bowl game in 1982.

Football: I enjoyed all the ones mentioned, plus Trindon Holliday's 92 yard kick-off return vs. the Hogs a few years ago.
Basketball: Tyrus Thomas racing to the basket to dunk the ball and seal the victory late in the 2006 win in the NCAA Tourney over Duke!
Baseball: Warren Morris's run home vs. Miami, as a few have mentioned!

+1
I remember Dalton lining up on a wing in the 1st qtr and catching a pass from Risher over the middle, then juking about 4 or 5 FSU defenders out of their jocks on this way to a 45 yard TD. Pure greatness.
