Which one of our away games has the best family friendly atmosphere? Got some vacation time and want to take the offspring to a decent but fun road game.

Lean more towards Mormons and less towards 'necks wearing wife beaters and jorts.

Tennessee. Go to the Smokey Mountains.

Tennessee....... great road game, but the stadium is the most uncomfortable seating possible.

BYU, Miss State and UT are probably your best bets this season.

Tennessee would be a fun trip if you spend an extra day or two in the mountains

ETA: Whatever you do, dont take yourself or your kids to Gainesville. That place is pure trash.

Mormons? No thanks. I guess if you want your family accosted by thousands of glassy eyed, bigamist, Davidian-like cult members it would be ok. Tennessee and it's not even close. MSU would be ok but there's absolutely nothing else to do there

I would say either Tennessee or MS State.

Tennessee would be cool because it is near the mountains...downside is that the stadium is uncomfortable and it may be cold as hell that time of year.

Miss St fans are the most cordial of the away games and their campus is easy to navigate. downside is that Starkville is a very small town, so there may not be much else to do if you want to spend more than a day.

If you stay in Louisville and attend the Starkville game, it could be a pretty cool weekend: Lake Tiak O'Khata

Appreciate the help everybody. Seems like UT will be the one.

I think it would be awesome to take a cool 90's band to an LSU away game! You would definitely be pretty fly for a white guy....

But anyway, the correct answer is definitely Tennessee, as long as your entire family isn't overweight. As indicated earlier, the seats are small. Mississippi State wouldn't be bad, but it's in freaking Starkville.

I'm not Mormon but I have spent some time in St. George, Utah, where a large percentage of the people are Mormon. Those were some of the nicest people in the world, so not sure where you're getting your info

Well, the seats are "just right" for children, haha
