All of the infielders played well last night.

White made a good play on his only chance at 3rd. Both JT and Guidry had nice days defensively at SS.

Nippolt didn't make any errors for sure, but I can't recall any plays he may have made.

Wish we had a lefty starter to kind of break up all these right handed power arms

Would be nice to go righty lefty righty on the weekends to make it harder on the opponents in a weekend

Ackenhausen pitched in several roles in juco, including as a starter. I'm sure they'll kick the tires on him and Cooper as a starter, but they're probably going to be better suited to the bullpen. The rest of the lefties are freshman, and just not ready unless they make a huge jump from now to the spring. We'll have Coleman back next season, and the rest of the lefties will also have another year under their belt.

Not really important, as long as they have a few guys in pen that can matchup

Looking forward to seeing Herring and Primeaux. If they stick to script they will pitch again tonight. Some of the reported gun readings for those two seemed high to me, so I want to see for myself.

Haven't seen them or Shores pitch yet. I expect Shores and Floyd may start tonight.

Ackenhausen will be part of the plan this year. He was 91-93 mph the other day. Did some good things. Physically he looks a bit like Cooper.

I haven't. I was just thinking about the lefties.

Excited to see both Noot and Little in due time.

Little has not pitched in a scrimmage as yet. He has been dressed out and in the dugout.

Hoping Herring has a good year his first year.
I watched him pitch locally a couple times last season of HS play.

I’m shocked Leah hasn’t given us the scoop. She does such a great job

She’s mad that the scrimmages can’t be done online

Or she’s afraid to go to the scrimmages for fear of being mobbed by the men who can’t resist her feminine ways
