That's right.

USC:UCLA

as

LSU:Tulane

One is a football school, one is not. The one that is not is generally considered a tougher academic institution than the other.

You're a prospective football recruit with an offer from USC and an offer from UCLA. Barring probation and all that crap, generally you're going to jump to go to USC over UCLA. The same holds true for UGA over Tech. I'm sorry if you disagree.

And come on, it's not like Tulane doesn't put players in the NFL.

Comparing Tulane to UCLA and Ga Tech is so laughable

I can't believe you are seriously trying to do that

Matt Forte comes to mind, as does the fail of JPL.

People keep saying the Ole Miss was a bad game.. Was I the only one that watched it? It was a great game, neither team really killed themselves. Ole Miss gave it their all and forced us to score 43 points to win.. As of this season that is unheard of out of LSU (Besides ULM and that's kind of expected). It wasn't like it took sheer luck to win vs. Ole Miss, we played legitimately well as did Ole Miss, so please stop referencing that game as a close win that makes us look bad.

What, you use TomTom or something?

...And all I did was draw a circle.

Love how the magic number is 300.

How about this, according to Rivals, since 2003 UGA has signed more players from Georgia as a percentage of recruiting class than LSU has signed from Louisiana.

Some notable years:

2007: LSU signed 11 of 26 recruits from Louisiana (Ranked #4 class) while UGA signed 16 of 23 from Georgia (ranked #9).

2003: UGA signed 21 of 25 from Georgia (#6) while LSU signed 16 of 28 from Louisiana (#1). LSU got 9 out of 18 4*-5* players from out of state, UGA signed 9 4*-5* players - including two 5* players from the state of Georgia.

Looks like UGA is holding their own in Georgia, while LSU is having to dip a bit more out of state.

Dude, get off of it. I'm saying Georgia has two programs while Louisiana has one. But that Georgia has twice the number of recruits that Louisiana does that's why LSU is in no better shape than UGA is.

Have I pointed out where Tulane is drawing recruits away from LSU?

That said, all else being equal, if you were a recruit and wanted to go to the NFL, would you rather go to UGA or Tech?

Would you rather play in the SEC or the ACC?

Would the entrance requirements be easier to get in to Tech or UGA?

I'm just saying that Tech doesn't pose as much of a threat to UGA as say, Auburn or Tennessee. Just as Tulane doesn't pose as much of a threat to LSU as say, A&M or Alabama.

But my main point still stands, UGA gets just as much if not more talent out of Georgia as LSU gets out of Louisiana.

Quit giggling and prove me wrong.

Why does the media criticize LSU and call them lucky when they hve been taking care of business similarly the last 6 seasons.
