Excuse my ignorance, but why does LSU not have three of the top 20 pitchers in CB?

Because our promising freshmen from last year are still developing and one is hurt, our promising freshman from this year is coming off TJ and is still developing, our main portal addition has been hurt for about 6 weeks now.
And there were only about 3 top tier portal pitchers and they went elsewhere.
