That's what you hope, shippy. I want to see the looks on all of you jokers' faces when this whole thing blows over. They may get a 1 or 2 game deal, but then JJ will likely be back in the position that he earned--which Lee was unable to take from him.

If they actually pulled a kid out of his car and stomped him with little provocation, then they deserve more severe punishment. But I doubt that that's the case. The fact that so many of you were waiting with bated breath for something like this to happen speaks volumes about the character of our fanbase.

Pathetic.

I really don't know just how much more evidence people need to come to grips with the fact that JJ is just a very dumb individual on and off the field and his decision making both on and off the field is a direct example of that.

This is his first/only reported incident off the field. Not exactly a huge amount of evidence.

What's the worst indiscretion you've ever committed? Ever driven after having a few? Were you caught? How fricking dumb are you?

On the field decision making AND off the field decision making Navy. Apparently not dumb in my reading comprehension skills.

Don't get too cute. "Decision making on and off the field" implies patterns. You could have written "his decision making on the field and this current off the field incident" if you wanted. There's no pattern of behavior, on and off the field, that indicates that JJ is somehow irretrievably dumb.

Your opinion added nothing of value to this already ridiculous discussion.

That's right, patterns of bad decision making, and JJ has proven he's mastered it in all facets of his life now.

If this discussion is so ridiculous, why do you continue to re-light the match.
I think if a quarterback does it on the field he needs no defense. Why do so many come to Jefferson's defense? If he prove it on the field, Miles wouldn't have to defend him. Ex. During yesterday's press conference, when asked about Jefferson's involvement in the fight: "Miles, in response to a question about Jefferson, indicated that Hebert was present."

J. Lee won't step into one of these from 1st Round Draft Pick - Von Miller ... He'll run backwards and throw off of his back foot, first.

Actually, JLee would have let the ball go alot sooner... not waiting until the WR was open by about 50 feet before pulling the trigger on the pass.

Alright, Mike. Go. Explain the patterns to me. What off the field patterns have he mastered. Of course he's been a mediocre (at best) QB for the most part, but what other "patterns", esp. off the field, has he mastered.

If you can't/don't want to do the legwork, feel free to tell me to go frick myself, and you do the same.

Skipping out on press interviews

Comments about how his coaches are putting him in bad situations

'George' Jefferson

Stating that the Duck uniforms was one of the things he was most looking forward to

Commenting on how well he played after 47 yards of total offense

His Superman routine

Comparing himself to Michael Vick to an SI reporter

In a 43-36 victory over Ole Miss last Saturday, Jefferson had a career-high 254 yards passing and threw for a TD, along with 45 yards and a score rushing. He said his play that day reminded him of how Michael Vick dominated during Philadelphia's win over Washington on the previous Monday night.

"That's just kind of how I felt,'' Jefferson said. "I was running the ball, throwing the ball, just doing a lot of things that he did.''

Sorry, theres been a pattern

I (we) defend him because so many of you folks(Lee bandwagoners?) act as though JJ being bad means that Lee is good.

How about this. JJ hasn't played very well, but Lee is worse.

Does that work for you?

What the frick? So he's probably no Marshall Scholar. We were talking about poor behavior and bad decision making--not PR ineptitude.

Thanks for the effort, though (no sarcasm).

Then list for me ANY off the field issues for Lee.

PR or otherwise?

I respect and like Lee. I just don't think he's a very good Quarterback. You guys took JJ's poor performance on the field and spun that into some kind of personal animosity. You were waiting for something like this to come up so that you could really dig in.

Shame on you.

Waiting for someone on "your team" to frick up so that you can stick out your tongue and say "I told you so" is nothing to be proud of.

Waiting is not the issue.

Clearly being aware that JJ did not understand his role on the team, through seeing his reactions on the sideline and in interviews, led me to believe that Miles faith in him would not pan out.

All JJ had to do was shut me up. He didnt. Yet you chastise me. Your priorities are not team based.

He may yet shut you up. And what, exactly, are my priorities if they're not team based?
