Texas A&M average starting field position for the entire 2nd half was our 49 yard line. It’s hard to create a defensive scheme and play consistent when your offense is playing so poor. 4 drives in the 2nd half consisted of 22 plays, no time of possession, and field position at our own 8, 26, and 38. LSU had opportunities to suck any and all life out of A&M and refused to capitalize.

All we had to do was to tackle their run-only QB (he's no dual-threat).
When we sold out to do that he completed a long pass. But he is no dual threat.

He gashed us for long gain after long gain. I say, stop his main asset, and if we had covered better, the receptions would have been zero.
You've got to stop something. Then stop the run first and make him pass. If he still kills us, then maybe he's a heisman QB lol

He had a 8 yard run, a 22 yard drive, a 35 yard drive as 21 of the points they generated. Nuss killed our D

So they made him throw the ball twice. And he did. For big gains.
LSU couldn’t make him throw and when he did they couldn’t stop that either.

And if we put Weeks as a spy, he might have impacted his running as well as his 2 passes. Pressure will usually break a QB

Because the safety didn’t do his job.

The defense was the reason LSU was up 17-7 at the half. Offense shite the bed in the 1st half by not putting up more points, should have at least been up by 20 at the half. Ramos and the ST unit also shite the bed contributing to this loss. Lastly Nuss throwing that 1st interception to completely changed momentum was the icing on the cake for A&M's comeback. Nuss is not the guy, he struggled against against both USC teams and struggled for most of the Ole Miss game and now this.....
