Even with Wade tigers lose

Game would have been closer, but same outcome IMO. MSU is a great team but 3 point defending has been horrid all year for us and the ball was dropping for them. Izzo did his homework and exploited the weakness.

Game may have been closer, but outcome would have probably been the same. We haven’t played good fundamental basketball in a really long time as a program

I disagree. When this team buckled down on shooters and pounded the paint with intensity early in the second half it showed our ability to compete with Michigan State. If Wade were coaching and our opening defensive gameplam was to lock down shooters instead of trapping the ball and we pounded the paint all game, outcome very well may have been different

And how the frick do you know that? We lost 2 games by over 6 points all year. Oklahoma st and today. We could have beaten them and don’t kid yourself because it makes you feel better.

Being without Wade isn't the reason we lost. I'm not sure he makes a difference tonight.

I agree. Those runs killed us. Guys got over aggressive and MSU used it against us to flip second half run
