Versus Jacksonville State. I think Brandon Harris is probably a great kid, and is a fantastic athlete.

He does not have the mental toughness to be a college QB.

Etling needs reps. He may suck too, but we have to find out.

I'm sure you are right, but common logic (not Miles logic) certainly dictates it's time to see what we have.

Stfu about lee. He was given a chance and was rightly benched. Don't muddy the waters here.

Etling needs some snaps

Only in that Les Miles only has 2-3 options in any given year. Most teams would have 4-5 QB's ready.

And I can't think of a single team that would have gone through all of last year and this first game without making a switch.

Heck. Navy pulled a guy out of the stands to run QB.

This is by far the stupidest thing that keeps being said. Harris is the better qb. Play him until the wheels come off. Belichick almost never plays the backup, and he's that way for good reason. Harris needs the absolute maximum reps he can get, and I don't mean that as a knock on Harris.

The wheels are off in case you didn't watch the game Saturday at Lambeau.

Well when LSU has a QB like Tom Brady you can make that argument.

Regardless whoever plays qb LSU will still do the same plays results will be the same. QB change want help the team when you want to run it with 9 and the world knows your running it. Nothing will change until Les leaves I hate to say it.

Any football coach with half a brain would be making changes, including quarterbacks and game plans, to attempt to find a workable solution to an obvious problem. Then again, we are discussing Les Miles. So, that argument is a mute point. We are stuck with Brandon Harris while the other QB's twiddle their thumbs on the sideline. Why would a stud quarterback or a stud wide receiver even consider playing for Les is mind boggling.

Harris will get all of the snaps unless he's hurt

Then he will likely still get all of the snaps

Problem with Harris is that he cannot make snap judgments. He hesitates to be certain someone is open, he should be able to see if a receiver is open or will be open at his break. He cannot. That hesitation is the difference between him being fairly good.

Play Scott.......at least we know/think he's smart. I'm sure he can make the throw out of bounds? Sorry, just pissed like everyone else. I'm sure Harris is a fine kid, but I just don't think he's mentally up to the challenge of over coming defense recognition or stituations that these idiots are putting him in!
