Where on film do you see a weak arm?
Low velocity 10-20 yard passes.

I think people are just taking issue with the term "weak". It is all relative at this level, and by that measure, I believe Etling's arm strength is more than adequate.

He seems to have a noodle arm and throws balls that will be dangerous against more talented athletes. I'd compare his arm to Andrew Hatch?
that's all you got? so you don't like Etling but what are you really doing here....hmmmm....hmmmmm
methinks you are a coward

Do you really think Etling's arm is better, or are you just pointing out guys with relatively weak arms too?
In other words, that group doesn't have elite arms. Neither does Etling. I haven't seen anything to indicate that his arm is stronger than theirs though.
Etling's arm is stronger. In other words, how can people have beef with his arm strength if he has an NFL caliber arm? Well, these are the same QB gurus who anointed Brandon Harris. Our fans are clueless in regards to QB play
As for him vs Harris, Elting can fit the same balls Harris does because A) he is actually accurate B)his throws are on time C)he has a quicker release

Just keep that **** QB whisperer who does gay drills on the beach away from Lt. Dan.

Chark's amazing fingertip catch was made on a soft throw that should have been picked. If you only had that pass as context, then you'd reason to worry.
But the TD pass to Chark was smooth and in rhythm (he didn't have to wind up or rear back), and had plenty enough zip on it. If he can make that pass, he can make any pass in the playbook. His bomb might not be 65 yds in the air, but anything in rhythm will be fine.

The three things a QB needs to be successful, in order:
1 Good decision making skills. If you don't have this from the start the others don't matter.
2 Be accurate.
3 Have a decent arm, which Etling has.

Fair enough. I haven't seen anything to suggest his arm is any more than average but I don't believe it will be a problem either.

Are you talking about his arm action or his actual throws?
Because he has a short arm motion. It's not totally uncommon with QBs. Maybe it's deceiving you. But that ball is coming out spinning, with force

He also did this with the throw to Fournette as he was scrambling to the right and Fournette took off up the sideline
