They look like the LSU of old with OL and DL size, skill and most importantly depth.

Coach O seems MUCH more comfortable with staff around him in 2018. Less uptight than in 2017....more like Interim O that got him gig

LSU’s schedule will be a beast, Miami game will be so damn big to set the mood for year.

Impressed as hell with Devin White & Breiden Fehoko.

Still need a QB to wow in fall camp to breakway from pack.

O’s recruiting has helped plug major holes left unattended by last regime

Nice sunshine pumping...

Fehoko is going to be a beast. Excited as hell to see this DL in action.

I sure hope not. He lost to a 14 point dog at home as interim O.

But, I suppose that is better than losses to Troy and State...

We'll see. I still think LSU head's into that early Ole Miss matchup 2-2.

Besides the whole letting our CB depth go down the drain. (Yes I know we signed juco player)

It sounds like he just read an LSU message board and picked out the most popular things said.

The problem is how is O going to react if shite starts to go wrong. You have other big programs in the SEC making big time moves and you can arguably say Florida, A&M, Bama, and Auburn's programs are all in better position than LSU atm. 4 teams LSU has to face every year. A coach truly needs 3 years at minimum to see if he is going to succeed I just don't know if he's going to get a chance if things don't go well this year.

Burns is never going to go in on LSU like some ppl at ESPNSEC would (That's what Booger is for. Spears is the middle of the road guy).

Wasn't he in charge of recruitment under the last regime?

He has been observing LSU for the Sirius show. I'm not sure if he was fully embedded or just had access like the local media, but he has been around the team.

Well then I guess we can expect to legitimately contend for the sec championship/playoff

Comfort's not necessarily the best thing when you're trying to build a special team.

For about 7 to 8 months. He took over for Frank Wilson 2 1/2 weeks before the 2016 signing day. He then appointed Dameyune Craig as RC when he got the IHC job in September of that year.

He was RC for one class after being in the position for less than three weeks. I guess you could say he WAS in charge of recruiting, but it wasn't for very long.

There they are! All the Debbie Downers! God forbid anyone says anything positive about this program. Y'all have to look at the glass half empty and take that lemon and throw it into trash. Y'all are some miserable SOB!

So what you are saying is Coach O and Coach O alone made all the calls on recruiting and Miles had no say? So fricking stupid

Personally I think he is spot on

Which board is that? There is nothing positive here.

They can talk about being bigger, but it doesn’t always mean anything.

Also, LSU has depth at WR. It I don’t think they have more top tier talent at the position than LSU has over the past decade on average. You can only get so many guys on the field at once and then you have to have a QB that can get them the ball consistently.

Spring practices and scrimmages are also meaningless. They mean almost nothing in the long run.

Right now LSU isn't favored against Bama, Auburn, Uga, Miami, and Florida. You have tossup games against A&M, State, and Arkansas. You even have a tricky non conference game against La Tech. That only leaves 3 games where I'm confident LSU can win which is Ole Miss, Southeastern, and Rice. This season is going to be a crazy ride.
