To have a chance we have to beat Alabama AND Georgia. We are not getting into the SEC Championship OR the playoff with 2 losses.

Actually, I can see LSU beating Georgia. Alabama? not so much. AND, since the playoffs are called the Alabama Invitational, you have to actually win the SEC to get in because only Alabama gets in without winning the SEC.

this time last month 70% of this board didn't think we had a chance at Miami (Fla)

The playoffs are so far off. Beating Florida this week is what really matters.

Well this is false.

The falsehoods are out of control on this board.

No they didn't. They put LSU just outside the top nine and gave us a 6.4% chance at making the CFP and .6% at winning it all. Read again.

Sooooo, I'm saying there's a chance.

We're undefeated. Of course we have a chance. It's clearly not going to be easy, but we clearly have a chance. We unfortunately won't be able to avail ourselves of the Bama "eye test" privilege.

Let's face it ! LSU has to beat Florida, Georgia and possibly Alabama before any real respect is earned by the pollsters. ESPN is so down on LSU !They don't even give the Tigers a chance to make the playoffs. LSU will have to continue to prove all the prognasticaters wrong each and every week. :geau...
This was my post on this very subject a few days ago and everyone called me an idiot. Saying pretty much the same thing.

Why are we losing 2 games?
Win them both and it won't matter.

If we lose to UGA, beat Bama, then we go to the SECCG. Win and your in obviously, lose and your out and Bama will likely make it regardless with 1 loss watching the SECCG from home again.
If we lose to Bama and beat UGA, then we get to watch the SECCG from home and have a good chance at making the playoffs regardless of what happpens, although i have a hard time believing they would let us in over Bama if UGA beats them in the SECG, and we both have 1 loss, and we lost to them, even though our SOS is better. Bama has 4 road games this year, the 3 worst teams in the SEC in OlePiss, Tenn, Ar-Kansas, and then us. Miami is a lot better than Louisville. I don't know who i'm kidding though, they'd never let us in over them.
