I would much rather have a rematch with crappy Ohio St. in Florida than get an asskicking vs. Oklahoma in the Ice Bowl in Dallas.

I agree......and it's certainly not this year. IMO if we make the Cotton Bowl we lose. tOSU will probably beat us in the Cap. 1 bowl. Peach bowl may be our best shot to win a bowl vs ACC. Let the Big Boys fight it out this year. We'll be back.

An arse kicking in the bowl game will be more likely to force Miles hand in getting rid of Malvetto. Just saying

I'd love to go back to the Cap 1. We had a great time in Orlando. Except for the last play of the game

Bruce Felman has no idea what he is talking about. USC WILL NOT play in the Sugar. Fiesta picks their second team before Sugar does and NO WAY does Fiesta select Utah over USC. Not happening.

Also, Capital One Bowl will NOT select a 3 loss LSU over a 2 loss Georgia. WON'T HAPPEN. Georgia is a lock for Cap. One and LSU is a lock for Cotton.

The Independence Bowl is out of business with either of those match-ups

i really don't think that t.t. can beat ou

In their last 4 games OU is giving up an average of 30.5 points to offensive juggernauts Texas A&M, Nebraska, Kansas State and Kansas. OU averages 50.2 points per game and they will need every bit of that to beat Tech. Winner will score at least 50.

What is the O/U on this game?

Then you are just as stupid as he is. You apparently believe the Fiesta bowl would pass up USC in order to select Utah. Not happening. Fiesta will jump on USC if they are available. Also, how do you rationalize that Cap. One bowl would pass over 10-2 UGA for 9-3 LSU that UGA beat? Cap. One is best bowl outside BCS and prides itself on taking a top team. There is no way they select LSU over UGA, especially if it would set up a rematch w/ Ohio State.

I'd be very confident in the Buckeye's chances against LSU in a bowl this year.

LSU has had trouble stopping the pass this year. OSU and Pryor can't pass worth a shite. LSU would sell out to stop Wells and Pryor's crappy scrambling. Different year, same result.

Easy Carl! I think the poster is assuming alot (likely that the OU d line will pressure the crap outta TT QB) but it is just an opinion. I would take OU straight up over TT. Just my opinion.

TT is about a 6 point underdog today. I say TT wins it and it should be a great game. Graham Harrel gets rid of the ball as fast as any college qb I have watched and he is very cool in the pocket. If Harrel needs to move one step to avoid a sack, that is all he moves, and his eyes never stop scanning his receivers. Harrel is a special talent. Not only that, he has great receivers that help by coming open if coverage is tight. The Gators and TT would be a great match up in any bowl.
