Do they? Our last three matchups have all been close and this is arguably their worst team over that time span.

Hate to say it but this is a bad matchup for LSU.
It's nowhere near a bad matchup. It's the exact opposite. Many of you will be completely
surprised when we run all over Bama, but i won't. I also expect them to get the timing down on the deep passing game. If LSU has a healthy Durham, CJ Daniels, and Chris Hilton, LSU is going to win by multiple scores.

Will have to play a flawless game and when can you say LSU has come close to that all season.
The Arkansas game was almost flawless. Rushing game was in complete check offensively and defensively. Nuss didn't turn the ball over (although he was close a couple times), and we left them with 10 points at home during their homecoming, coming off a bye. They had that one really good WR go off for a couple plays, but that was it. That team was held to under 300 total yards. Arkansas scored 58 and 31 points in back to back games since.

In hindsight, that TAMU game was needed. It happened right before a bye week and showed GLARING issues that needed to be heavily addressed right then and there. One thing LSU has done is address big problems when given time. The run game was heavily scrutinized, believe me. The read option defense was heavily scrutinized, believe me. Nuss's int problem was heavily discussed, believe me.

I don't see Bama scoring more than 24. After what happened last year and how they have been disrespected by Bama being favored @ LSU @ night, it will not be a fun night for Bama. I 100% believe we have the biggest win vs Bama that we have had since 2006. I got LSU winning 37-24.

Well yeah. What have we seen this year that alludes confidence in this team?

Losing to 5 loss USC? Nicholls by 2 at halftime? UCLA tied at halftime? Nuss being less than 50% Completion against Ole Miss with 2 picks? Arkansas dropping 3 easy INTs? Losing to A&M and then watching them get blown out by South Carolina? Our lack of run game? The defense not adjusting to a running QB?

Lots of sunshine pumpers here who "wish cast" us into the playoffs.

LSU could not stop a running QB that threw 2 completions. Bama has a much better running QB that thashed us last year. This is not a stretch.

What were Vandy’s odds when they played Alabama?

ESPN analytics has a 75% accuracy rate. Seems wildly impressive, huh. Now try to search up the accuracy rate of just 2024 SEC football conference games.

Vegas has Alabama favored by 3 at LSU. Sounds like Vegas thinks Alabama is better than LSU by a touchdown.

I agree. LSU has so many weaknesses-o-line, no run game and susceptible defense. God I loathe losing to the gumps.

ESPN analytics also said Vandy had a zero chance of beating Alabama!
