According to them, any team that has a full 85 man roster can still take a Penn St player with the understanding that the player will count towards the 2013 class.

here's a rule that we should all follow: don't post anything about Penn State on the rant unless it's a release from LSUsports.net saying that someone from Penn State transferred here

I'd rather stick with the unknown back up in Rivers than take this kid, who we know isn't any good, and lose a spot in the '13 recruiting class.
I really hope we don't bring this guy in. He's just not good at playing football.
