He’s a dumbass that is just making it harder than it needs to be. Find a solution to the issue by using his platform in a positive way. I was a teenager in the 60’s and saw what that was like first hand. This isn’t close to that. How about being a mentor to a bunch of You African American kids. Donating your salary to sections of NOlA to build it up. 1 year salary can change thousands of lives.
He could have even gotten other players to do the same.

frick donating time. Money is where it is at.

Make a difference Reid.

My biggest issue is black men are getting murdered left and rt in Baton Rouge, his town, and he's kneeling about injustices. The injustice is a 20 year old was shot in cold blood and a promising life and future was lost.

Lost over the frick the police thug mentality.

And he wonders why he wasn’t picked up by any teams for awhile?

IT’S NOT COLLUSION YOU FRICKING MORON!

This is exactly what they were worried about.... distractions. The rest of the team is out there trying to win a football game and this guy is worried about grudges and “movements” and “NFL subversion groups”. If I was writing his paycheck I would tell him to GTFO

I’m not even a Reid hater and I thought he was way out of line today in the interview

I was under the impression he’s done alot more than kneel. But I guess whatever fits the narrative.

Reid said, “We believe a lot of players should have stepped up for Colin. I believe Malcolm capitalized on the situation, he co-opted the movement that was started by Colin, to get his organization funded. It’s cowardly. He sold us out.”

You mean the organization that has raised $100 million for African American charities? Reid is an attention seeking, pathetic piece of shite.

He figured out Jenkins was running a money grab instead of actually giving a shite about his so called "movement".

If he feels Malcolm sold them out and took the money. I’ve got a solution, hey Eric donate your entire salary and everything you have to Gravy and NAACP , I’m sure they would make sure it gets invested in the black community ( chuckle)..... what an attention whore

Yea and so can 32 NFL owners. So why is he being hypocritical by suing them?

He’s really gone off the edge...I hope the guy can pull himself together somehow. He’s not doing anything good with his behavior and just drawing negative attention to himself. Seems like his time away emboldened him to his previous course rather than giving him a chance to rethink what he was doing and to refocus on more productive and respectful behaviors

Such a terrible argument.... “he can do what he wants”

Ok. What is your point? If all he was worried about was doing what he wanted, he could quit tomorrow and kneel all damn day if he wanted.

No. He’s trying to tell everyone else what they have to do. Specifically, he’s telling his private employer what he should be allowed to do. That’s not how this works.

no I do not. There are great mentors like myself who have volunteered thousands of hours to our communities. Since I’ve retired I’ve worked with Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Junior Achievement, Catholic Charities and coordinated big brothers and sisters activities. Without question, we need money that can make a difference. The kind of money that people like him can give.
We have lots of regular people like myself that would love to have enough money to make a difference.
