He wasn't the OC then. Matt Canada was. The two games that E was the OC.....zero points and under 300 yards. Sandwiched between those games, a game where Canada was the OC (last year) where we outgained bama, missed connection on two bombs that should have been completed/caught for TDs. All this in their house.

Go ahead and replace him if that’s what makes you happy, but a new OC alone won’t close the gap between us and Alabama.

Zero points bro. Only way to go is closer. We are further away than we ever we're under Les

The only way that is going to happen is if he quits on his own. No way O cuts him loose. They are attached at the hip, unless he throws in the towel.

I have beenall behind O And E, but the two times E had called the offense against Bama resulted in 0 points. That is a problem since the SECW goes through Bama.

It is not ensminger. We need a true dual threat qb

anybody who doesn't think E should be replaced probably isn't smart enough to help.

In 2016 he put up 600+ yards in an SEC game, and LSU hadn’t done that since all the way back in 2015.

How did people not catch what you meant by this? I remember posting something similar last year. Not only were those great offensive numbers done against very shitty defenses, we did similar just the previous year.

Top 5 total offense games 2015
638
624
508
497
485

Top 5 total offense games 2016
634
622
547
515
459

2015 had 3 more games with 423+ yards while 2016 only had 1 more game with 423+ yards.

All the praise Ensminger got made no sense to me, then these idiots died for Canada when there were actually better offensive coordinators out there.

Ed and Miles both made this job harder than it should be.

Allowing shrimp boat to make him OC is your clue that the process at LSU is screwed up.

I feel bad for ensminger. He 100% was content getting paid to chill out as tight ends coach back in Louisiana and had stability for his family. Now...

He can go back to that when we let go of Joseph and Sullivan at WR, and hire a new OC. Wondering if O has the balls to do it though. He needs to cut the geriatrics and upstarts and hire young guys that know what they are doing and have years of success doing it

I don’t think there’s one person here that’s debating that. Ensminger should have never been named OC.

Anthony Jennings would have had a better night than Joe Burrow

Ensminger has to step down. There's no debating it.

Joe is good but he tends to hold on the ball too long. The middle slant was open but Joe just held on to the rock too long.
