When his Quarterback can run the tempo of the offense and control the subs/clock.

Rewatching the game and his route combos had open dudes all night.

Besides his age, and just assuming young analysts are all Joe Brady, what evidence do y’all have that Calloway is deserving of the position?

So you watched the game and blacked out only what you wanted to see? Nevermind in the 4th he went straight back to ole conservative Slinger that surely hasn't cost us many games in the past. Did you see the drive where Max was putting together a textbook nail in the coffin early in the 4th and these geniuses decide to hand the ball off TWICE to a walk-on RB on the other side of the 50. Then he calls the most conservative third and 10 by throwing to the QB in the flat who's a true freshman that hasn't caught anything all year. Nevermind the fact he went back to ole Slinger conservative on a dog shite bipolar defense that has probably given up a record amount of big plays this year.

Yeah, he's excellent. Better his PCing in the 4th, Pelini basically shitting the bed on Florida's final drive, and Les Miles type clock management at the end, they tried to give this game to Florida.

Should we hire the defensive coordinator for Wisconsin-Whitewater while we’re at it.

I’m not saying Russ isn’t great. We don’t know. But the only reason people are clamoring is because he’s young and pulled from obscurity “just like Brady”

Wrong dipshit....the Quarterback checked down to the under throws. Max missed some open dudes downfield the whole game. But he’s a freshman. If you have a more seasoned vet in there we might have scored every drive. Then what would you be saying?

You’re a clown who knows nothing about football and may God have mercy on your soul.

Look in the record books. Even before Burrow, Ensminger holds some offensive records as our OC.

When you can't adjust to the skills of your QB, but need a QB to adjust to your skills...you're an average OC.

Brady came in and put Burrow on an NFL level; something Ensminger cannot do.

As OC led Samford to the top offense in the FCS.
His QB won the the Walter Payton award.
Coached under Saban at Bama.
Coached at UGA.
When Brennan struggled early, he credited Callaway with helping him correct his mistakes.
Has coached up our true FR QBs.
Has coached both sides of the ball like Brady did which gives him insight into how to beat defenses.
Coaches a modern spread style offense.
Energetic, X's and O's coach that players love.
2019 finalist for top assistant FCS coach

Has a much bigger resume than Brady did, but has the same traits.

I would bet you most team’s coordinators over the past 10 years have set records.

Max Johnson literally said he tailored the gameplan to his skill set and allowed him to have success and win.

You’re blind hatred is showing. Clown
