I’ve sat in those seats a few times. Good seats with a great view of the entire field.

Totally agree. Need some cardboard cutouts of people placed in those seats that are usually empty. Those people could at least give them away when not using.

Yeah, pretty pathetic, some started leaving around me when LSU went up 24-16.

There’s probably a billion dollars of upgrades and repairs that need to be done for LSU sports, replacing functional seats in the football stadium is probably last on the list.
Just paint them. You could hired a painter and have this done in a week over the offseason

I agree with the OP. The visual is awful

Auburn last year was the worst I've ever seen. I hadn't ever seen so many people leave in the middle of a tight SEC game. And even then the traffic still sucked after the game.

They should reduce general seating to 90 or 80k and try to introduce more luxury seating to make going to games worthwhile. And you can give out those as corporate seats and hopefully get actual fans to fill out the lower bowl. As it is now it would have to be a huge game for TS to sell out. It just doesn't really happen anymore. Watching from home is a better fan experience at this point than spending a ton of money to sit in the nosebleeds.

You can get good seats for a decent price

The bigger problem is lack of reasonably priced rooms at decent hotels. I’m looking to buy or rent to have a place to stay for football and basketball games. Write off as business and pay myself a little rent.
