Emmitt Williams appreciation thread

Just want to send a shout out to Emmitt Williams. Fantastic defender, playing within himself, making key baskets and getting huge rebounds. A major reason for our success thus far.
And, I don't know if you saw it yesterday, but after a play on defense a Texas player fell to the floor and the ball was moving back to the LSU offensive end. Williams helped the Texas player off the floor before heading back to the other end. Classy move. I really like watching him play.
Any word on his calf injury yesterday? He seemed hobbled at the end of the game.

I love the energy Emmitt plays with. I hope he stays around for another year or two.

You could also hear him all the Texas player “you alright?”

Was wondering about the calf injury? He didn't finish the game. For a guy that competitive it's hard to imagine he really wanted to sit it out.
Hopefully just a bruise or strain
Did see him stay to help the Texas player up. He first told him to "get up!" Then stuck around to help him up. ..all while his 4 teammates were pushing the ball up-court. On the one hand you hate that he didn't take advantage of a 5 on 4. But on the other, it was a great show of sportsmanship in the heat of the moment
