Emery is a thoroughbred. Needs 15+ touches per game imo.

I don't disagree when talking about potential, the wildcard here is that we don't know if the young guys know the playbook, (they should) if they can pass protect when needed, or if they are reliable in terms of holding on to the ball. Obviously time will tell but definitely agree that we need two backs to carry the load against TX and a third down type of back for third and three or longer.

I can't wait to see what the young guys can do. I have a feeling 3 will surprise some people with his speed once he gets into the second level. He has some juice for a big man.

Only one football. Staff and Burrow did an excellent job of spreading it around. Not only will this make it difficult for opponents to prepare for LSU, recruits take notice.

Based on what I gathered from briefly studying GSU's defense leading up to the game, I really expected Curry to be more productive than Emery.

They were both better than serviceable but Emery showed flashes of what is to come, and it was pretty rad.

Was kinda confused at emery being fourth on depth chart. I think fournette eventually moves to 4th and then helaire/emery/Davis/fournette/curry in that order.

I’ll wait for us to score under 50 before campaigning for the guy. He’s a freshman. Not a huge fan of contact according to radio guys.

I liked how they managed the carries. Everybody stayed fresh and got to eat. Certain guys will get hot and warrant more touches in certain games.

The real good news is that they're all a threat in the passing game, too, so you can't really key on personnel, packages, and looks.

It's going to be really fun to watch these guys evolve.

We need to stop playing around and put Emery at no. 2 on the depth chart

We dont NEED to give any RB the ball.

Everything is about Bama. Not even Leonard Fournette could penetrate Bama. So whatever we do we need to run the exact offense that will beat Bama.

Give it time. By SEC play the roster will be more clear.

Remember it took LF7 a few games to get settled. I expect emery to be beast mode by SEC play

I like the RB by committee. They all looked good to me. Let's don't crap on Fornette and Curry just yet. Don't see how you couch coaches can start determining the RB depth chart after one cupcake game. Let it play out and see who fumbles and gets in the dog house first
