Concede you win with skenes. You can pitch him on Saturday game 2, Floyd game one, Johnny whole staff game 3. Supers skenes Floyd and you’re in Omaha. Omaha sets up if you win game one and 2, you just need 2 pitchers

Yes it was because that was a loss against a really good pitcher. We were shut down by a staff of midweek rag arms the entire game today. Our best hitters were standing up there watching straight fastballs with the bats on their shoulders.

LSU has only one pitcher that on a consistent basis can be relied on. The rest of the pitchers are mostly inconsistent and a few are downright terrible. This team may get to Omaha but it has little chance of winning the championship if it has to come out of the loser’s bracket with this pitching staff.
