I'm gonna cheat and say any part of the anatomy when not really describing an injury or its severity.
Hey coach...what's wrong with player X?
Miles: "he has an ankle"
"He has a shoulder"
Etc

Lately he has been stuck on these two phrases.
"I'm just being honest with you" and "Just so you know"

Can't believe nicked isn't on here but I would go with quality.

On the pre game radio show they played a clip and he said "piece" in 3 consecutive sentences.

Nicked, nicked up, and referring to just the body part...these are not Les Miles exclusives. Every coach, nearly, these days uses these conventions. Sean Payton is good for these, that is when the press can pin him down on injuries.

I thoroughly ENJOY the OPPORTUNITY to watch you guys COMPETE with a RESOLVE and a sincere WANT to come up with the most QUALITY word that I use when talking about my TEAM as they STRIVE for VICTORY in the BACK HALF of every game.
JUST SO YOU KNOW, I'm for MY guys. YAHOOO!!!
