HOW?

These two are by far the most implicated of any party previously mentioned in the suit. It's unbelievable that they still have a job.

LOL at anyone who thought O was actually ever in danger from this lawsuit. It’s an obvious money grab with no valid basis. The rest may settle to avoid bad publicity but this suit would never win in court if you put these ladies on the stand….using the term ladies very loosely.

That was pretty obvious when the attorneys went on TV, talking about it. Obvious money grab.

There’s some pretty bad behavior documented by Drake Davis and Derrius Guice so I’m not really interested in judging the motivations of the plaintiffs, there’s enough out there to reasonably conclude that some bad people did some bad shite and the people in charge didn’t do enough to stop it.

So frick off with your thought out opinion…using the phrase thought out loosely.

I said this in a thread a while back where someone said the tennis team was going to bring a lack of institutional control down on LSU (like I said back then, not going to happen). One of the female tennis players involved in this lawsuit was no longer enrolled at LSU when the abuse incident allegedly occurred, therefore the LSU coaches were no longer her coach. She also denied the abuse to the police and LSU when they contacted her, turning down any help she was offered. You can even find her quoted in local news reports denying it. My guess is her lawyer in the suit viewed her as being an unreliable witness. The other tennis player involved admitted she had drug issues while at LSU and was dismissed from the team for it, so she may not be reliable either. I'm not saying neither of them weren't abused, I don't know, just that there's uncertainty in their claims.

He didn't coach shite!

He was a Cheerleader on the sidelines, with E, Brady, Aranda and Burrow doing all the work.
