Mond and his receivers were beyond horrible.

Lie! SEC convinced me that Mond has the records for most productive QB in T A&M history.
They have one of the best OL and DL in SEC. They have one of the best running backs and TE in the conference.
If it was Pelini's defense that let M State set records why doesn't he get credit for the last two games?

If we hold Bama, then applause will be more than warranted

What would be success against Bama, Florida, and Ole Miss in your opinion

Bama avg 49 per game
Florida and Ole miss avg 40

Gotta keep that anti-Pelini momentum goin, huh Baw?

I despise false hope. We have zero evidence that Pelini's D can stop a good QB. Franks and Mond are horrible. Y'all are falling right into the "Pelini rationalization scheme". It's complete BS to believe in him as a complete DC. There is zero evidence.

Heck, if I were Saban, I'd call off the boys to create the illusion that Pelini is improving, as LSU will need a 2007-level QB and entire defensive roster to look good. He stinks until he proves otherwise. Keep your headin the sand and homer-on until your hope has some basis...if he keeps the Bama game close until the 4th quarter, THEN I will join the optimism, because THEN it would have some basis...Roster depletion, blah, blah, blah...

So what you’re saying is if this defense can’t keep the best offense in the country in check, something no defense has done this year, there is no reason to even be optimistic.

If you can be quick to shite on a coach for bad performances, its only fair to give credit when they perform well!

I agree with you the Mond and his receivers are horrible. But it is important to note the A&M probably has the best offensive line in the SEC.

Say it any way you want the DEF did play their best game of the year vs TAM and only yielded 13 pts. They dominated 3d down and did their job. This was the SAME TAM OFF that scored 24 pts vs Bama and 41 vs UF. They are improving and hopefully it carries over to arguably the best-balanced OFF in the nation Sat night. Compete, and we will see what happens.
