This LSU baseball team only has a couple of minor issues to iron out before we make it to Omaha.
1. They can’t pitch.
2. They can’t hit.
Nothing to get all worked up about.

Lol.....its comforting early in season to have bar set low and hope for high. Makes losing feel more better

It’s early they need time to gel, and the coaches need 10-15 more games to figure out which guys play good and church guys don’t

“Fans” love outing themselves that they don’t watch any baseball outside of lsu. Because all the other teams have bullpens 10 players deep and all…
What’s your excuse for the 10+ SEC schools we have a better record than and behind us statistically? Not defending the bullpen woes this weekend but it’s so moronic to act like that’s a problem unique to us. Check back in and let me know how we’re doing in 2 months

Sir, did you even look at the pre-conference schedule?

I take that as an admission that you don’t follow baseball outside of LSU. You should check out the rest of the SECs OOC schedule. Go ahead and check it out it’ll blow your mind

Oh they can’t hit? Umm because they had one bad day at the plate they can’t hit? Damn some of you people are just plain stupid!!

I swear, a majority of LSU fans don’t deserve LSU

I had posted before this series that the LSU strength of schedule was #254. That was about 200 spots below most of the SEC schools.
I also said that LSU had a chance to prove their worth this weekend. Unfortunately, they didn't.
They get another chance next weekend, though, and a baseball season can change drastically over time. Let's see how they respond. I suspect it will be positive.
