Auburn beats Georgia and Bama. We lose to Georgia in SECCG.

Is the SEC left out of the playoffs? If not, who goes?

LSU goes, and it would be hilarious.

He's been much better at home than on the road, and Bama's defense is suspect.

we won't Georgia to win out. we don't want the possibility of losing to a multi-loss Ga. team.

also, we want alabama's best win to be aganst a team not ranked or barely ranked.

Auburn get blown out by Georgia, and then crush Bama. That would make for two sweet days on the rant.

Threw up a little in my mouth typing this... but I am too.

And all these threads about being scared, etc. are BS, at least because of my reasoning.

My reasoning for wanting Mulligumps to miss the CFP is two-fold:

1. Pure unadulterated hate. frick Dem!

2. There are 3 tenants to college football: facilities/$/organization, results on the field, & recruiting. All 3 synthesize to determine the ultimate success of a football program, one goes downward the others follow. Sometimes immediately, sometimes with a lag. So ANY ADVANTAGE in recruiting, in a year where we just upgraded facilities and beat them on the field, is one where we just might be able to 'knock the shine' of that program as a whole and gain a long-term (or longer term) advantage on the recruiting trail... which we can then leverage into the other two.

depending on which Georgia shows up, that may be enough.

It's a cliche, but you can throw out the record book in this game. Anything could happen.

Georgia needs to not lose. That game will be tough in Atlanta. A loss to a one loss UGA will not keep LSU out the playoffs. I don’t care about BAMA I believe they won’t get in because it is obvious they are not as dominant as usual and don’t have the resume this year.

You see, I disagree with this. A loss to a 1 loss UGA definitely gets UGA in over us. Then we’re in the pot with potentially Oregon,Oklahoma and the big 10 runner up. We should still get in, but we’d be sweating a little.
BUT, if UGA has two losses and then beats us in the Georgia dome I think LSU gets in as the 1 loss representative from the SEC.

That's quite a prediction.
