Can you tell me which of these players he recruited?

Right.. I didn't realize he was the mastermind behind all of our DB's success even when he was an intern & asst. S&C from 2006-08.
LaRon Landry, Chevis Jackson, Craig Steltz would have all been bums if he wasn't on staff then!!!

So is Raymond the only “good” db coach in all of football?

We will be alright with LA talent, but this is a big blow
LSU's best secondary was in 2011, Ron Cooper coached them, Frank Wilson recruited for example Matthieu from Saint Aug. That team had 6 DB's, the starting 4 (Morris Claiborne, CB, T. Simon, CB, Eric Reid S, B. Taylor S) plus Nickle and dime DB's drafted (Tryann Mathieu and Ron Brooks).
LSU's secondary was elite well before Raymond. And this NFLU, DBU shi.... needs to go. Bill Belichick at the Patriots doesn't allow something like that relative to NFL and Saban at Bama doesn't have that crap, and they have more NFL players on 2021 Rosters than LSU.

We lost a good one.
But he's not the first good one and he's not the last.
All this change is uncomfortable but things will be just fine.
