Matt Moscona said he runs the offense in practice smoother and with more success than anyone else but his gifted athletic ability isn't close to BH.

He's a solid QB. He could make quality contributions if we would allow it.

the only reason he showed promise is because the coaches haven't had a chance to coach him up

Typical glassy eyed coach. Ive seen this from grade school all the way up to the professional level. Coaches see this athletic phenom and go down in flames trying to make them into a player. Mean while a perfectly competent player sits on the bench. These coaches forget its a team sport. Cant see the forest for the big fast tree

You don't have to have NFL talent to be successful in college.

He can run, scramble and throw nice jump balls, I do like south paw QBs, but I don't see him as a savior either

I remember Mack Brown would leave Colt McCoy in the game to help him obtain statistics and records. That is obviously not going to happen with an LSU quarterback the way we run our offense, so I am also curious why we don't offer reps to our younger quarterbacks whenever we are late in the fourth quarter with a "guaranteed" victory.... as seldom as that scenario seems.
