Does this make me crazy...or just one of the diehards?

So my wife is pregnant with our first child and is due in July. Everytime I think about wanting the next few months to go by fast I am more focused on the first weekend in September than July! I have a feeling my priorities are about to be shook up!

My husband always said a guy doesn't really clue in until the kid is barfing on him while a woman carries the child in her body, so she's clued in right away. Your world will shift once you hold your baby. Football will still be fun, but you live and breathe with your child.

Congrats on the upcoming addition to your family! Your life will be very much BC/AC (before children and after children) This coming year will be ok. She will stay home with the kid and you can go to the games; after that life will change for ever; enjoy the new one and then consider having another. You do not want to have one child have that much control over what home you go to!!! :)
