Every time I think about this my blood boils. Could we have put ourselves in a crappier situation?

Disgruntled tiger in Austin.

The only thing good to ever come out of Hawaii is Dog the Bounty Hunter with a prostitute in handcuffs.

Well, hopefully it would put to rest people thinking
1) SEC isn't all that
2) Just being unbeaten means you are all that

we couldnt have..... but also sugar needs to do something about foe for SEC, Hawaii or Illinois? last year Notre Lame? The Rose is set, Feista gets screwed as well from time to time.. Pitt vs Utah? Orange always seems to do ok except last year- wake?

2 out of 3 last times we've been its been an overrated overblown foe......

I rarely agree with FineScum. But like he just said.........LSU-Hawaii........call me when it's over. Will be one of the lowest TV rated BCS games ever.

After we beat Hawaii, maybe we can buy everyone NC Rings. A bunch of other teams do it.

Actually will draw a good tv crowd, all of which will be pulling for the upset (Boise St)

will Hawaii bring more than 1000 fans? The dome will be 90% purple/gold 8% locals/sponsers 1-2% Hawaii fans.

Sugar gets first pick after the Tie-in's are set...I don't think they pick Hawaii if there is a better team available...

ETD: Sugar has last pick for 2008 bowls.

Yes I agree. Everyone will want to see just how Hawaii plays against a good BCS Team. Hawaii has wanted respect all year, well... everyone will see why they dont need it.

This is a quote from the paper today "The year a bowl site hosts the national championship game, it also gets the last pick in the BCS selection process"

Why? The game is already sold out, has a sponsor, and is on National Tv...
