they still have everyone back from last years defense, and our offense hasnt been doing all that great, so yeah, if we beat them, we would get respect

No. But it won't matter he will play.
It will count as a victory, but will always be repeated as "LSU beat Florida without Tim Tebow".
Even if he plays and they win it will be that he wasn't healthy.

If this is the topic of discussion on 10/11/09, I doubt any of us will care what the national perception is. To answer the question though, the response will always be "but they didn't have Tebow". On the other hand though, a win over a Tebowless Florida team is stil more than most top 5 teams have done so far.

I'd have to say.. that if LSU and Fla would win out after that... the SECCG will be #1 vs #2 and Tebow will be there!

I think they will give LSU credit... Their Defense is Tough.
By the way LSU have already beaten TT before...
Sad thing is, Florida has an advantage over LSU already... They have a week off. TT will be there...
Its funny how our SEC opponents always manages to have the bye week right before they play LSU but LSU can't managed to do the same...
