Definitely one thing about the game superman JJ did not score a TD against Alabama defense.. You guys act like JJ drove LSU down and won the super-bowl on November 5.

That'd be some shite if the "backup" as some of you love to refer to Lee as got post season AllSEC honors over the "starter".

I hope he does. It does not matter one bit to me. What does matter to me is that the LSU QB doesn't shite his pants on 1/9/12. In the first game, Lee wanted no part of it after the second INT. JJ wanted the ball and LEE didn't. I like Lee very much, but you need to honest about it.

JJ protected the ball and changed the time of possession differential. The drive at the end of the half balanced that out. LSU ultimately won the battle in the trenches because our run game improved. The option plays to the edge were the best offensive plays of the game for LSU.

No, but he didn't gift wrap any points for the Gumps either.

I don't think anyone has any illusions about who will play the entire game regardless of what happens on the field. It's JJ's game, I highly doubt the staff will put the "game on his back" however.

There could be scenarios where JJ is pulled.
I don't want to see any of them unless it's mop up in a blowout.

If he wasn't pulled vs UGA, he isn't going to be pulled, period. He threw three against UGA that should have been INT's and stayed in the game. It's all his.

I dont think any of these Lee supporters who thinks he deserves it because of his beginning of season play and because he is mr. congeniality have never played college or even high school sports.

The player that gives the team the best chance of winning should play and Les believes that JJ gives them the best chance against Alabama and given recent history against them there is no way you can disagree with him.

And about Lee's playtime, ideally he would get more but people forget that JJ has started for only about a fourth of the season. Really JJ hasnt gotten enough play time to really gel and needs every snap he can get to prepare for the NCG.

I am sure Les wants to get Lee more playing time but he is doing the best thing for JJ and his team.

If Glenn Guilbeau expresses your opinion for you, you need to rethink things.

Best post of the year rbwilliams8. Agree 100%. Appreciate the entire team effort so far. I hope JL gets some play time in his last game as tiger but regardless of how I feel - up to CLM.
