I posted this in another threat - I know it's beating i did not want to retype here you go:
Lee is an outstanding person and commited and our QB right now. So we need to back him and Mett.
as far as time,
If the affidavit requested in this report does not constitute 2nd degree battery we may see Jordon eligible to play sooner than later. More like in days or weeks, not months - this is a motion to get the judge to look at the probable cause and give Unglesby a crack to share the details with the DA before a hearing since the cops will not release it to the DA. No the DA has not looked at anything yet; so he says.
BR police better not arrest anymore of our guys. I think the popo needs to share the probable cause document – What are they hiding?!

I disagree mett has a ton more talent. a repeat of 2008 highly doubtfull

Met needs time to work with the QB coach, get some clean-up snaps, get used to SEC speed, etc. I wouldn't want to see him thrown in too early and get ruined.

another question to ponder. Would JJ want to waste an eligible year to play 6 games or wait until next year where he could potentially play the whole year.

Even if Mett starts, in the event of injury I think Miles would rather have JJ on standby than say only a reshirt freshman Rivers or whoever would be behind Mett next year.
