It’s not. It’s a good thing. If we were leaving them on and not scoring it would be bad. But if you’re steadily sending guys to the bases, then when the inning eventually ends you’ve got guys left on base, unless the previous hit was a HR.

the leader in pitcher losses all time is cy young. Nolan Ryan is second.

do you understand why pitching losses doesn't mean the player is bad? now apply that logic to men LOB
