I’m staying at the Luxor and it says you can walk to the stadium from Mandalay Bay. Is this right? Google seems to think so but my map doesn’t show a Hacienda bridge.

Mandalay Bay Drive changes to Hacienda Road at the bridge over I-15. That's probably where you get the name from and it's where you cross over to the stadium.
