that there is a possibility that there are going to be a lot of changes in the SEC within the next few years. IMHO I think Saban is going to give the NFL another shot most likely the Cowboys after Wade fails to win in the playoffs again. Urban might stick another year or two and then leave again due to medical issues. Spurrer is gone within two. And Miles/Richt futures' hinge on the next two seasons. Just a thought, who would y'all love/hate to see coaching here in a few years.

I think Saban needs to give the NFL another shot, his talents are being wasted at Bama.

Urban will have a coronary on the sidelines trying to come to terms with the fact that Tebow isn't coming back.

Saban will retire at Bama! Why is this so hard to see? He has it all right there, he can win as long as he stays there and make mega bucks while doing it.

Sure there will be more changes like Nutt getting fired and LSU winning another NC!

And he doesn't have to go through the humiliation of not getting it done in the NFL. He is the best there is coaching great college players. Just can't do it with the big boys.

if its hard see then why did he leave LSU where he could have retired? He went to the NFL to a mediocre team with not nearly the resources or talent that someone like the cowboys could offer. He might get content in the next few years and want a bigger challenge and try to trully excel at the highest level of the sport

I think his ego is bruised and it eats him up inside that he didnt do all that well in the NFL. I do believe that he will go back and give it another shot.

Because he wanted to try the NFL and fell on his face. He is no spring chicken do you really think he wants to make a move right now?

not right now but in a year or two sure. Jerry Jones will offer him almost double his salary and give him full reign over one of the most talented teams in the NFL, just a theory.

I think Nick is at a stage of life where the kind of stress and frustration he'd experience coaching NFL types has limited appeal. He's got it made at Bama. He has the potential to eclipse the Bear. He loves coaching college athletes. He's earning a mint. Why walk away from something like that? I believe he'll retire from coaching at Alabama. If I were him, I would.

I would make millions filming a reality tv show about it

Saban isn't going back to the NFL. He said when he signed with Alabama that he realized that he had made a mistake by taking the Miami job and that he has realized that he prefers to coach at the college level instead of at the pro level.

He also said that he wasn't going to be the Alabama coach.
He's a liar, but I agree he stays at Alabama until he hangs up his tantrums.
