No doubt josh. There is no way to prove our points here, but I think that in years that we are on the bubble for a national seed or a 1 seed regional host, the respect for the SEC will help. Just my opinion.

By the way, South Carolina vs Virginia and then Florida vs Vandy is what I am pulling for. And obviously I want to see South Carolina win, and play against either Florida or Vandy for the NC. I admit, if Florida were to win it all, I would throw up in my mouth a little, but I would actually be glad that they won (if they were playing a non-conference team). I have to say, go Vandy!!!

You're right, but keep in mind that the growth of college baseball (due in big part to LSU, and the SEC) is in its infancy. And their are some growing pains. It will eventually settle and be more like the basketball selections. Still somewhat controversial, but much more "southern and western" heavy.

I don't understand the mentality of wishing ill upon your Conference when LSU is not in the mix. It does nothing but enhance LSU when the rest of the SEC is successful in any sport.

It's a lot easier to root for SEC-East teams. I'm rooting for Vandy to finally break through, but I wouldn't be upset by USCe winning again or Florida winning a title.

One thing is certain,LSU will have to vastly improve to get back into contention in the SEC.Seems LSU has taken a step back while several other league teams have become elite.Considering the tradition and support of the Tigers compared to some of these other teams it makes you wonder what's to blame.

Yes, as long as it's NOT Alabama, Miss. St., Ole Miss (no worries there....they have to get to Omaha first), Florida, Auburn, S. Carolina, Kentucky, Vandy, Georgia, Tennessee or Arkansas.
