Absolutely not. He is a smart arse that doesn't communicate well and he refuses to deny that there is any problems with the qb's that HE, not Saban recruited. I think his NC is a product of Saban's recruits and his good fortune to play for the BCS in 2007.

Realize, Miles came from Oklahoma State. I do not remember him winning any conference titles in the Big 12. Maybe Skip went cheap and maybe Miles was the best of the low men on the totem pole at the time. LSU can do better than this.

The real crux of this season is basically five SEC games: Florida, Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, and Ole Miss. I exclude the likes of Vanderbilt, Missississippi State, and Tennessee. Alabama will probably only lose maybe one SEC game this year. But..If lsu cannot win the SEC WEST division, then they cannot play for the SEC Championship. IF you don't play for the SEC championship, then you cannot play for the National Championship. Therefore, LSU needs to beat Alabama this year. If you cannot beat the favorite in your side of the conference then your other goals will not happen.

IF LSU is recruiting just as well or better than Bama, and we are coaching our players up once they get here, then we should be fine. If this is not happening, then we are going to have problems reaching our ultimate goals of a NC or a SEC championship. Are we getting the recruits, and two, are these players receiving the proper instructions to compete with the best ? If the answer is no to one or both questions, then someone or someones are responsible.

We have to win the division then the conference, and finally compete for a NC again. Is LSU going to find out the solutions to make this a reality. I am NOT talking about three years ago. I am living in the present moment and looking ahead. Who knows the answers ?

I support LSU I don't like miles and never have. He is hardheaded an when lee was struggling didn't give jj a shot until the last game of the year. Now that jj is struggling he refuses to give lee a chance. He hasn't beaten a the top sec teams in the last 2 years and doesn't dominate the bad teams

If Miles is really going to start Jefferson, he has finally lost my support.

On the other hand, if the Mad Hatter is as crazy as a fox and starts Lee, all is forgiven.

most reasonable people
I think most reasonable people aren't looking to the past glory seasons to measure current success. Most reasonable people are looking at the present product. And most reasonable people may have strong opinions, but will reserve final judgment on success/no success until the conclusion of this season. Being unbeaten at this stage of the season is no different than the last two years of play. It's what is coming next that will tell the tale.

I don't understand people who say they support Miles. I guess the program needs to be completely demolished for people to wake up. This idiot is going to be the downfall of our program. Hell no I don't support him. I do support the troops though.

I support him but don't always agree with him. He has to do something to stabilize the offense but DEFENSE has won us two National Championships and I love our D. Look at the bright side; Offense can't get any worse and we are 4 and 0.
