Look at the freshmen that Roy Williams has recruited. Not quite comparable to what TJ recruited so far. Two years should have resulted in better nucleus for this team.

John Henson PF 6-10 195 12/28/1990 FR Tampa, FL
Leslie McDonald SG 6-4 215 02/04/1991 FR Memphis, TN
Dexter Strickland SG 6-3 180 10/01/1990 FR Elizabeth, NJ
David Wear PF 6-10 225 09/21/1990 FR Santa Ana, CA
Travis Wear PF 6-10 235 09/21/1990 FR Santa Ana, CA

Dale Brown also blew a 31 point lead to Kentucky at home. You fricking want that too?

We've lost 6 out of 7 SEC games down the stretch this year. Yes, I'll take the one 31 point comeback loss and the other 5 wins any day.

If you can guarantee 2 final 4s. Some elite 8s. A handful of sweet 16s SEC titles. Packed out PMAC. A string of 10 straight NCAA appearances. Then, yeah. I'll take some of that.

In a nutshell, I have paid for season tickets for 20 years and have not seen a team as bad as this. Poor talent recruited since Johnson has been here and still no discipline or offensive gameplan. I just think he should have done a better job recruiting in the 2 years.

Absolutely. This team isn't very talented, Trent will have the team on track next year. I have zero worries.

Without a doubt. We WILL have a consistent program under Trent. We'll see major progress next season.

We have a top 20 recruiting class coming in next year. In that class we have 3 players in the Top 150 (Matt Derenbecker, Andre Stringer, Ralston Turner). I don't think you can do much better than that. Do your research, Timmy. Leave the bball talk for the people who know a little something about it.

No need for the shield. It's cool. I blame all of Brady's off years on Press Maravich.

Daddy Dale also beat KY at Rupp by around 30 points. He also beat them more than any other SEC coach. You can only hope we see the likes of the Daddy Dale era, again. NEGATIGER

Yes. No reason not to. Just like in football, this board has a very low IQ when it comes to coaching. Let the coaches do their jobs and get off their backs. Maybe try having a little bit of patience.

Total faith. We all saw this year coming. Stay strong and don't worry about this year. Trent is the right man for the job and will have LSU competing for championships sooner than you think. I expected this to happen this year. Be just a little bit patient.....

Turning the program around is a relative term, but I do think Trent can make the program consistently competitive.

But I want more than that and I'm not sure at this point Trent can get us where I want to be.

One thing I can say, he needs to sit down with his staff and revamp our inbound sets. Cause what we have now is horrid.
