True, but this team is different than the '07 team.
Neither lost in regulation!
Neither lost after 1OT!
Neither lost after 2OT!
Only one of them will have lost to Ar-Kansas...

and you don't take well to others who have a different opinion than you. I have stated my reasons for not being a fan of Jefferson, yet you just attack me instead of accepting my opinion. should I bring out the stats with Jefferson to add to my opinion as well? why are you so mad about it?

Guys, guys ! Stop the QB controversy B.S. We are all on the same team. Whomever Lester wants to play,Lester will play. My main concern is Ole Miss this week then Arkansas next week. Arkansas is a team we must play our best against to assure a "W". They are capable if we are not focused. Let's all try to get on the same page here !

no one thought that '07 team would lose at home to Arkansas either.
Well we made it through auburn without our best defensive player being chopblocked to oblivion. We will not lose a game this year.

exactly. look at the finals scores with Lee as starter this season and you will see offensive numbers that LSU hasn't put up in a long time
For the four games that JJ was suspended, state the offensive numbers. They were not all that great. We have a stable amount of rb's, a special defense, and a beast of a special teams.

Uncle Lou seems to disagree

wow really? do you really want to go there? ....
oh and the teams played against in the first five games of the 2011 season were better than those of the 2010 season as well.

I didn't think a 10-1 team would let Arkansas knock them out of the Sugar Bowl last year either. Hope they are in peak form when Arky comes to Baton Rouge.

We also had the West locked up before that game. Not having the West....Undefeated.......Senior Day.....LSU rolls.

State JL's first four games stats this year. idgaf about last year. I am trying to get through your thick arse head that LSU's offense has not been some juggernaut that you seem to impose, and that it's been working just as fine with JJ back on the team THIS YEAR.
ETA: you are foolish if you include ppg as a JL or offensive stat.

and that was with a 1 QB system. as of the last couple weeks Miles has decided to try and fix something that wasn't broke and mess up the offense and the starting QB's confidence so none of us really know what to expect from the offense.
if JL has lost his starting job, which is not yet proven, it is because of his 2 interceptions against bama. those passes were thrown because he got rid of the ball because he was getting ready to get hit. a 5th yr sr isn't supposed to just throw the ball in order to not get hit. so, and i have just as much proof as you do, JL messed up his own confidence. what i can't understand is why JL couldn't stand up under bama's pressure. putting JJ in saved the game for us. sorry you (and others) refuse to see that. yes, JL was a great story and yes, i wished to hell he didn't fold his tent in the bama game, BUT HE DID. it looks to me like everyone on the team is pulling for JL. i witnessed that in the TD drive that he led in the WKU game. miles will use his 2 qb's as he see's fit in order to win games. FINI!

The only reason I'm scared of Arkansas is because were playing them as number one. They almost lost to vandy... I mean come on...

Hopefully the Tigers give them the kind of arse whipping they gave them in 2003. One that will propel them all the way to a National Championship!

I think the Tigers will take the little piggies from behind, shove their face down in the dirt, and make them squeal all the way home

why are you being rude about it? I have posted facts before and you get mad about it every time. now since you are asking for more details about the QB's first four games, here you go -
Jarrett Lee 2011 - First 4 Games
56 of 87 (65%)
624 Yards
6 Touchdowns
1 Interception
3 Top-25 Ranked Teams Played
Jordan Jefferson 2010 - First 4 Games
43 of 79 (54%)
419 Yards
2 Touchdowns
4 Interceptions
5 Sacks
2 Top-25 Ranked Teams Played

Awesome. Nothing outstanding but efficient.
Now do me a favor and post the offensive stats since JJ has been back 5th game upon till now, combined qb stats.
ETA: ill do it for you.
LSU qb's after game 4:
13TD's 3ints
1,023total yards
67/113 passing
42/174 yds rushing
Where is the drop of in qb play? You said the offense is basically stagnate with JJ in but JJ is putting up efficient numbers and these stats prove it.

do your own homework. I already answered several of your questions with facts and stats and exposed you for the Jefferson fan boy that you are. It doesn't matter how much better Lee's numbers are than Jefferson's or how much better the offense plays with Lee this season, you're just hell bent on arguing otherwise and will try and spin the facts around to show support Jefferson.

Fair enough, I read what you posted incorrectly.
However, I'm not insinuating JJ is better than JL as you were led to believe.
I pull for both QB's. Who starts out of the two? I don't care.
Now, quit your ridiculous trolling.

2010!! Get up to date. What JJ did last year is meaningless since we are currently into a new football season, in case you didn't know.
Why do you insist on looking at it from last year's perspective?
If you dislike JJ, just say it. If you dislike JL, just say it. Or you can get your head out of your butt and pull for the team.

so what is this some type of Penn State way of thinking now? don't you dare criticize or question the team! lol
I'm not a fan of Jefferson, but I support the team. Just because I disagree with Jefferson starting doesn't mean that I am "trolling" as you call it. I swear some people must have been raised like Miles has treated Jefferson with kid gloves. Not everyone in the world is going to have the same opinion as you.
