Only way is early momentum. Maybe guice breaks one or Etling to chark deep to lift the team
And the stadium. Score
Early and put Stidham
On his back early to energize the stadium and win field position. Aranda needs to call his best game of his career and confuse Stidham.

Low expectations and I don’t have a gut feeling, but my mind says we lose.

I could actually see us getting shut out....but then again I could also see us winning a close one. Narrow it down any?

I'm optimistic, which is atypical.

I think the offense will get better with reps. Youth and a new scheme.

Aranda knows how to coach. Again, young guys are learning and we are getting a few people back.

But it's mostly emotion. College ball is all about emotion and momentum. Auburn is not head and shoulders above LSU but college kids buy into the hype and the rankings. LSU is at home with everyone doubting them. The 2007 team will be there. If the crowd can step up, the intangibles should be in our favor. If a few things go our way early, I think we will surprise some people. If they don't, we deflate pretty quickly and it's done.

The first few minutes of the game will decide this one.
