Seems like it usually is from recent memory. Not sure when they’ll announce times but trying to plan that trip and just wondering if I could probably plan for a day game. Thanks.

Since Sec isn't on CBS I'm curious what time slots we now have on ESPN

SEC won’t be leaving CBS until after 2023 season.

Looking at the schedule it’s probably LSU-Florida or Auburn-Ole Miss. You probably won’t get confirmation until just under two weeks before, though. Tough to plan for a specific game time until after the season starts, but LSU-Florida definitely looks like it should be the biggest game that weekend.

Alabama @ Tenn is a viable option for the 2:30 game. We know how much Gary loves Alabama.

It's possible they could pick Tenn/LSU the week before & Ole Miss/LSU again in Week 8. They probably don't pick LSU 3 weeks in a row.

My opinion: LSU/Florida will not be 2:30

Florida will most likely be 3-3 so I could see this being an ESPN 2 day game.

Depends on the record of both teams at the time. Other SEC Games that weekend:

Alabama @ Tennessee
Vandy @ Georgia
Moo State @ Kentucky
Auburn @ Ole Piss

Arkansas @ BYU

You can book Bama on CBS every game except the rent-a-win

I would plan for day game - the couple of times I made that trip it was a day game. Also - if you are sitting in the LSU section prepare to have the sun burning straight into you.
