And save Lange for a possible matchup with OSU? Or do you start Lange game 1 so that he can pitch game 4 or 5

Either way, i feel good with our starting pitching. Lange/Walker combo is pretty sick

I wasn't even considering the possibility of Poche haha. I think it's a foregone conclusion that Walker gets the nod before Poche right now

We will see how much CPM will stick with loyalty to a senior.

No. Learn from the TCU debacle a few years back. Don't get cute in game 1 looking for a potential second round matchup. Win game 1.

It's Lange game one no question. After that, honestly, I'm pitching Walker.

Yes that is the only logical reason to start Poche. shite, we dont know who we play, if they are lefty heavy or anything and you post this.

Starting Walker isn't the worst idea. Do you want him starting against FSU or a possible elimination game? He's been the most consistent for over a month now and Poche hasn't looked too good his last few starts. It's not a crazy thought.

My argument to start Walker would be to avoid him pitching in an elimination game on a such a big stage. Let him get out there on day 1 when the pressure isn't as great and not so many eyes are on you.
