If we play uf in the tourny final and win? Would be 2 - 2 heads up. Both won reg season sec title. We would have beaten them for the tourny title. More wins against top 50. And have just been on fire here at the end of the season. Not that the seeding matters that much, just wondering if we have a shot?

Want to be 3 seed if possible to avoid OSU bracket

Otherwise might as well be a 6 seed

We definitely make a case. If we win it all, I think we do for sure

Don't think LSU would be worried about playing Oregon State or anyone at this point.

I know OSU is a decent team. But, part of the reason their record is so good is bc of their strength of schedule. It's shite. Somewhere between like 70-80 if I remember correctly.

I'm not saying they wouldn't still have a good record, but if their SOS was a little bit more difficult, I don't think they'd be viewed as this unstoppable team that some of the national writers think they are.

Maybe, but it is not that big of a deal. Both are locked into top 8 seeds.

If you want to be the best, you have to beat the best.. Once you're in Omaha, everyone is elite, so it doesn't really matter what bracket you're in.

UF has a significantly higher RPI. The top 3 RPI teams are clearly separated from the pack. We are down at #8. Any national seed is solid.
